Hello, I just bought my 4th blaster and I’m going to do a complete rebuild on this motor. This will be my first time doing a bottom end rebuild and I noticed some pretty deep scratches along where the crank goes. Was wondering if I could still reuse this or would I have to throw it back together...

Just bought another blaster and I rebuilt the top end on it and it runs good, but I noticed a slight pinging noise that kinda sounds like a loose bolt rattling around but I can’t seem to find it. Is this normal and I’m just worrying about nothing?

I have a replacement needle, I will install that in a couple of hours. I also noticed that sometimes that the top of the float needle where the spring is it gets stuck at a certain angle. I also just did the q tip with toothpaste.

Hello, I just got some boysen pro carbon fiber reeds pedals. I was wondering if I have to rejet just for the reeds. Im still using the stock reed cage. Thanks.

I took off my reeds and one of the reeds was chipped at the bottom but I saw some black stuff in the intake. I have a picture on a new thread I just made. Do you know what that can be?

Hello, I just took my reeds off and noticed a black grainy thing where the reeds go. The reeds have a small crack in them and the old spark plug had the same black stuff. Anyone know what it is?

Also I noticed that there a small residue of 2 cycle oil where the carb Mets the airbox boot? Is that normal

Was going to rejet my carb and I noticed a blue liquid on the bowl of my carb. I think it’s the 2 cycle oil but don’t know if the carb gasket is bad. If anyone has a oem carb let me know.
