Just figured something out, there must have been a big batch released with the magnets clocked wrong, What I did that worked instantly, take all the screws out that hold the magnets in place, move all 4 magnets advanced one spot on the flywheel and screwed them back down ( may need a heat gun to...- BollaWalker
