I have to ask a total noob question. In the video, he stated to have the piston at the bottom, I have been doing it while at tope dead center. Which is correct? I am pretty new at this.

There are a few pics of one on the forum. Basically, one can be made very easily using a metal valve stem. gauge for gas use, some PVC pieces, and an expandable expansion plug. Having access to a leak down tester is an absolute must with 2 strokes. If it will help you, I can post a pic of mine.
