Project YSF250r Is about turning a yamaha blaster into a baja ready, trx250r competitor.

Project YSF250r is a frame up custom built blaster. With a goal of 10 inches of front travel and 14 rear at only 330lbs there is nothing this yamaha blaster wont be able to do... except steep hill climbs. which is why I plan on swapping a yz250 motor into it for better power and reliability.

This build was inspired after hearing about member phragle (also known as the godfather to the blaster world) who won the baja 1000 with his 15in travel race built blaster, the blastersaurus.
