    problem solved guys! Thanks for the help. I took apart the carrier housing... And it had gone bad.. so I just replaces the sprocket & everything! Helps to have an extra blaster for just parts!

    Lots of help from the boyfriend & his dad! His dad rebuilt my motor... Havnt taken in on a good full ride yet cause of the cracking sounds.. The bike sat for a good 6 years

    My boyfriend put them in.. Never heard of putting them in a frezzer but yes.. we did just hammer them in there.. Thanks for the help!! going to try all this stuff tomorrow!

    its not a squeaking sound im getting. its a cracking sound... like the bearings are going bad again..

    yes I belive so. It was an old blaster just sitten around... I fixed up for myself... & I dont know anything about them

    any idea why it started making the same sound.. Could the spacer not being there, eat them up faster than normal?

    I recently replaced them.. It looked like there was 2 in there but we were not sure. Today it started making the same creaking sound when they went bad the first time! I read there is suppose to be a spacer in one side. would that make the difference?
