An easy way to test the run switch is unplugg it. If it sparks then the switch is bad.

but when i put the switch on Run it goes to 1 which i think is infinity
when i put the black on the ground and the red to the blk/white and i switch the eng stop off and on when i come from on and off, numbers will pop up then go to 0
Do i need the control module with the run switch or can i just plug the run switch right into the CDI. I redid the wire so all the grounds have there own ring terminals and i sanded where the ground are bolted in.
none, the cdi can't be tested, except to swap it out with a known good one.
i'm betting that isn't your problem.
had you followed that link i posted in your thread, it explains how to use a meter to test the ohms of the stator coils, (just because it's new doesn't mean anything, we've seen multiple new "el cheapo" stators be bad from wherever their made ? )
towards the end of that article of the link i posted, it tells you all the tests that can be done, ohms and voltage, and if they all check out....the cdi is bad.
did you connect that green wire and ground it to bare frame ?
did you check/clean the 2 gounds i ask you about ?
are they connected to bare metal frame ?
you'll get further in your threads, and possibly solve your problem, if you answer all the questions we ask, and perform the tests we suggest.
