CC VS CC 2 stroke makes more power..450 is a way more tecnologically advanced machine than the 400. its not about ccs there..its about valves, dohc, ignition map...point is...2 stroke owm the dunes...and drag raging for that matter..and thats just how it is.

there is a bracket on the silencer pipe and on the can..neither of which are adjustable..can bolts with grab bar...there is a bend on the pipe coming from silencer and it goes on the inside of the frame...take ur time...it will fit..

I wouldnt worry about capping the ends..the water will expand where it sits..i would try that first. If u have to cao the ends there are plugs which you can buy at a auto parts store with a bolt in the center that u tighten and rubber plug expands..but try it without first..
