you cant use the xr 200 pipe if it came off a 4stroke, the same thing goes for the dg if it is for a 4 stroke also neather of the are going to work if you dont have a jet kit

The vitos kit is supose to be an all round good kit. There is a way to keep from over heating and that is by useing race feul. Its better to run higher octane gas in any big bore engine. If you do this your engine runs cooler and you get more power out of it. As you can see 245stroker is runing...

I need to find a pipe that is strong enough for my riding, im looking at Toomey and dyno port. Im not a big fan of fmf or pro circit and ecspecaily DG. but im willing to look into those.

What you need to do is set your pilot jet back to the factory setting then start the engine and set adjust to were you like it. If the engine wont start because the idle is all the way down turn the screw back one turn then start if it is still to low turn it again once and repeat till you get...

I would go with chrome wheels and other things like bumpers and pegs so you blaster dosent look so dark.

That is good news, some times that happens but from now on if you keep you blaster tuned it will run forever.
