New air filter with top end rebuild a few months ago and seems all jets are clean took carb apart & cleaned several times while trying to get float adjusted correctly just not understanding why it's starts after cleaning plug but then dies right out

Checked all that I suspected flooding so adjusted float still it seems like it is flooding it don't understand ran great for months then started doing this has new reeds when top end was rebuilt mixing fuel 45/1 not quit 50/1 but not 40/1 got new plugs. Not sure what it's called but brass screw...

I have a 1998 blaster stock, done away with oil injection, done away with the throttle/carb electrical system rebuilt top end completely. Machine ran like crazy for a few months now it starts & immediately dies out any ideas plz have tried & tried can't figure it out. Pull the plug clean it off...
