i already adjusted that all the way in, and the arm is aligned with motor

i just put a tusk clutch on my blaster and now it wont disengage. the ball bearing is in there and the adjustment screw is adjusted all the way in and the cable is adjusted all the way out.. when i pull the lever it feels like nothing is there. anyone got any ideas?

im new to the blaster scene and im currently rebuilding one. im using a wiseco .20 over piston kit, wiseco crank, uni foam air filter, full pro circuit exhaust, and v force 3 reeds with everything else stock.. i was just wondering what a good estimate size pilot and main jet i should run at this...
