I came across a set of raptor 660 plastics for 50 bucks . I have seen the rear fenders put on a blaster but i cant seem to find a thread with anyone who has done it with the front. I have mine mocked up and it seems that with a little tweaking i could get it to fit right. I need to do something about my gas tank and get rid of my headlight.i also want to set my rear fenders back a bit. Any suggestions? Would a raptor gas tank fit or could i use a heat gun on the tank to get the clearance i need?

The main reason I bought the plastics were to have the hood/grill. But that blaster looked sweet. I am planning on getting wider a arms and axle. And also extended swingarm. I also will need to raise my handlebars. Do they sell something to raise the bars?

Those plastics can be fitted on your bike don't let anyone tell you not. But if your going to do so you have to modify a few things
THIS IS A TRICKY PROCESS AND IF YOUR NOT SAVOY ON CUSTOMS I DO NOT RECOMMEND CUTTING OR CHANGING YOUR FRAME OR PLASTICS AS ANY MODS TO THE FRAME AND/OR PLASTICS ARE PERMANENT"

STEP 1-- air box has to be chopped from the old blaster plastics and the fenders mount up under the air box tabs. then a couple custom fitted fender mounts to keep them from flapping.

Now as far as the front fenders go, your going to have to mod the top front fender mounts by bending them down(ensure they are even as this is what will cause one fender to have more of a peak than the other) they will mount on the rubberized mount holes on the front plastics. and the fenders will have to be cut into 2 separate pieces and trimmed to fit. with a little help of the heat gun you can mold and bend the plastics to roll over the frame under the gas tank cover and front hood.
