Porting Templates

We FINALLY have the software talking to the hardware. Here's a set of Banshee templates we cut last week on our new CNC mill. We still have a bit of tweaking to do but we're heading for home plate. My son Brad is building a vacuum table on Monday and I'm waiting for some custom tool bits to show up on Wednesday. Once we finish the little bit we have left to do, we'll be offering porting templates for over 50 models of quads, PWC, and snow machines. These templates are not to scale!!!!! I'm only showing them to give you an idea of what we're doing. The cutter we used was too big.

Will you be offering these in different bore sizes? Also, will the Banshee unit extend down to show where to cut the sleeve around the transfer bottoms since it is such a restriction?

The templates are all designed for a stock bore but can easily be shifted up, down, or side to side to compensate for strokers and different bore sizes. The prices are on my website.

I just checked on the cutters and it looks like I'll have them today. Everything will be available next week.

We ran the machine all day yesterday with all the correct tooling and were able to produce a dozen Banshee super stock kits. We should be able to do more once we get a better feel for the process. Here's the full list of porting templates.

and may need some breads crumbs.

My end works too. The down loadable instructions still use the words "race logic" though. I don't know if you wanted to change that or not. just saying.
