I’m currently working on my friends 1989 blaster 200 and it has no spark so I ordered a new harness, stator, flywheel, cdi, and key switch. Good news is that there is now spark so it should run but the bad news is I can’t egg the spark to go away. When I turn the key to off it still sparks as well as turning the kill switch off. Any ideas on how to get them to work I’m just confused because they key switch is new and should cut power off to the ignition coil. Could it be voltage regulator? The kill switch? I just don’t know
