My 1" lowered stainless steel foot pegs.

The right peg has a aluminum shift rod boot guard, and the left peg has a brake pedal bracket that was cut off a stock 03 foot peg.

My right ss peg with boot guard is 1lb 15.8oz
VS
Right stock doubled up wide peg is 2lb 3.4oz

My left ss peg with brake pedal bracket is 3lb 3.1oz
VS
Left stock doubled up wide peg is 3lb 4.0oz

doug!!! that's dope.... would this affect direct fit to running nerfs and heal guards (yfz450 wouldn't matter so much aside from brackets to frame changing some). man I could really use a set of these pretty boys.

I could probably drill hols to bolt any heal guard and nerfs up to the peg as long as i got room to get a nut on the back of the bolt.

I put hols in these pegs to run Raptor heal guard.

I was running a raptor foot peg bolted to the back of my stock foot peg with Raptor heal guards. This moves my heal guards back about 1 3/4".

Here is a pic of a early steel concept foot peg with my heel guards.

Do you own a press break? And man that musta taken alot of time marking out and drilling every one of the holes that you used for the grip portion!

I made a pattern, and used a punch press for the holes, and a big a$$ hand break to do the bending.

Digging up a old thread here.. Would you be interested selling a set as i have been looking for some pegs just like this with no luck.

Im looking to make my own set f these pegs, but not stainless steel. Just wondering how you did it, what type of steel you used for the original concept set, and your mesaurements for everything. Thanks!
